We produce bold live events, large-scale choreography, artist development programmes, community-led cultural projects and equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Through our creative work, we connect artists, audiences and communities, creating spaces for authentic expression, collaboration and meaningful cultural experiences.

Kimberley is a creative director, choreographer and producer driven by bold ideas, absurdity and a refusal to create anything forgettable. As Co-CEO and Artistic Director of UNAPOLOGETIC, she creates work across performance, production, movement and activism, with credits including YouTube HQ, Pride in London, Sony, Billy Porter, Rebecca Ferguson, Latitude Festival, Comic Con and BBC Three.
She is also the Founder & CEO of Pride in Kingston, championing LGBTQ+ visibility, creativity and community.

MJ is a producer and creative who brings ideas to life through people, collaboration and purposeful production. As Co-CEO and Producer of UNAPOLOGETIC, MJ works behind the scenes to turn bold creative visions into real experiences. From developing concepts and supporting artists to managing the people, planning and production that make each project happen.
MJ also plays a key role in producing Pride in Kingston, helping create inclusive, ambitious experiences that bring communities together and give people a platform to be seen and celebrated. With a calm, caring and people-first approach, MJ creates spaces where creatives feel supported, valued and safe to take risks, because they believe the best work happens when people feel free to be themselves.
